Empowering Adult Education is an ERASMUS+ mobility project addressed to the staff of organizations operating in the Adult Education sector.
According to the European Commission and the EACEA, education plays a crucial role in guiding refugees, and other immigrants from third countries, to adapt to new countries and cultures, as well as to create social relationships within the host communities.
Empowering Adult Education offers the opportunity of a training experience in mobility for 30 beneficiaries, selected from the staff of Education InProgress and for the staff of the three CPIA partners.

The training course will take place in Palma de Mallorca and is divided into 4 stages, structured as follows:
- 3 training courses
(Spanish course, Euro-design course, Mindfulness practices)
- 2 Study Visits for the exchange of good practices with the Spanish CEPA (Centros de Educación de Personas Adultas)
