Erasmus+ Internship in Palma de Mallorca (SPAIN)
The traineeship is a Work-Based Learning (WBL) experience. It is also called "Internship" and provides students with real-life work.
During their Erasmus+ Mobility for Traineeship purposes, students employ in the hosting organizations the theoretical knowledge acquired at the school and improve their technical skills, e which will help them in future career prospects.
An Internship abroad is also a great chance to visit new countries, to learn new languages, to get surrounded by new cultures, and to gain multicultural perspectives on working practices.
Doing an internship is a fantastic way to realize youngsters´ potential and to take the first steps on their career journey!
Palma is a Spanish city of just over 400,000 inhabitants, very safe and well organized. That ensures an easy and pleasant mobility experience for young students. Investing in the professionalism of local human resources means, in fact, a transversal and necessary action to maintain this attractiveness. The world of education is therefore at the center of policies, while also generating an influence on private initiatives.
